Poli Urban provides a fully integrated team service, and our urban designers work closely with clients, consultants, and Responsible Authorities, combining spatial and strategic planning with urban design and place making for both public and private sectors.
Design Reviews and Advice
Poli Urban provides project assessments and independent built form reviews of varying scales, such as single and multi - level dwellings to high density developments. Our assessments include a thorough investigation of site and context, and the implementation of universal urban design principles. Our Urban Graphics Team will generate supporting graphic material such as 2D annotated diagrams and 3D massing models.
