Caulfield Campus Masterplan
Poli Urban is pleased to present Monash Caulfield Precinct Future Visioning Masterplan. Monash LBEC is a new and prestigious complex housing the Faculty of Law and the Faculty of Business and Economics – including its MBA program – together with a mix of retail in the Western Precinct of Monash University’s Caulfield campus. The complex aspires to nurture brilliance in the academic community and to make this aspiration tangible to all those who experience the campus.
Monash University’s Caulfield Campus has evolved as an urban island distinct from its surrounding context, with a pronounced urban edge that separates it from its immediate context. Architecture is used as an agent of transformation in terms of re-imagining the site to accommodate the future growth of the University and the precinct on a broader scale, while providing a fine grain of useable and functional public green spaces which promote pedestrian movement and connectivity.
